Dr. Jan Faust, PHD

I spent close to $10,000 for Faust and my ex to argue about why my children shouldn't be in therapy. She was happy to just eat up my retainer without telling me what was going on. Definitely in cahoots with my ex's attorney. The damage Faust did in reinforcing that my children only had to listen to my ex was irreparable.

I helped Jan Faust put her brilliance into her research as a student of mione at U Florida Gainesville Florida and am proud to say she puts her brain & mouth where her heart is. It's not easy to work with families, especially children who have been sexually abused. Jan has taken on a role in mediating in courts which more psychologists should do. Try to keep family issues out of judicial reach before injury occurs. I give her the highest regard as a clinician, teacher, former student and I would savor still having her as a friend. If you put your issues in her clinical hands you will come out with a smile even after the tears. Although I haven't been her patient...she has amazing patience. Call her for your needs.

Excellent. Honest and fair. Great with both kids and adults. If their are any low ratings I would say it is because this woman deals with court cases and custody battles so ...................... What she cares about is keeping kids safe and reunification and the safety of children and families. I am a licensed therapist and honestly I wish every psychologist was as dedicated and warm as this woman. She does not play games with parent alienation.

She needs to be investigated regarding her ties with judges and attorneys. One judge has already been taken out of family court after a bar complaint, but it shouldn’t stop there. If the authorities come across this review and are looking for a sign that she needs to be investigated - this is it.

Dr. Faust is great. She really cares about her clients, and is a true advocate for the betterment of individuals and families. I feel like anyone who says otherwise probably had a court outcome that was not in their favor, but Dr. Faust does not control that. When it comes to being a caring and knowledgeable clinical psychologist -- she is an expert. Highly recommended.
