Jan was extremely attentive and informative. he expressed concern about my arbitrary cutting back of my medication and educated me on resuming the prescribed dose. he was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit. It was a routine consultation prior to scheduling tests. I waited for more than an hour after arrival to see Jan Johnson. Nobody ever stopped in to let me know why I was waiting. I had to go out and find someone to give me an update. Johnson came in and incorrectly pronounced my name. He never checked on me or explained why he was running behind more than an hour. The consultation was perfunctory - nothing at all more than I read online. I do not have confidence and would not want to work with this person longer term.
