Jana Sund, CNM

I met Jana over 7 years ago when I was referred to the Perinatal Center, but still wanted a more relaxed approach to my pregnancy and delivery. Up until I started seeing her, I had had one 16 week loss, followed by over five years of unexplained infertility. I finally got pregnant, and was completely freaked out at the thought of losing another baby. Jana (and her whole team) were so supportive, and reassuring. She is the one who figured out it was my thyroid causing my fertility issues, and monitored me very closely. Ive had a total of 13 pregnancies, in 13 years, but my only 3 successful pregnancies have been under her care. She delivered two of my kiddos, and was one of my support people with my third. Hopefully we'll have 1 or 2 more babies, and I will definitely go back to Jana. She's a gifted Midwife, and wonderful person!

Jana has been a vital part of my life for years. Her heart and passion for helping woman is unmatched. I have never felt so welcomed in a clinic by the entire staff! She's helped me through some really hard things!

I would give her no stars if given a choice. Jana Sund is in the business of profiting off of the buzz word Post Partum Depression. She recklessly diagnosed my daughter with PPD without acknowledging the real reason my daughter had come to see her, which was for heavy bleeding, blood clots, high fever, and shooting pelvic and lower back pain. Jana Sund had never seen my daughter before this visit, and had no background knowledge of her. She is alarmingly irresponsible and reckless.

Jana is amazing, she was my midwife during my pregnancy. She is caring, informative, calm, and incredibly gifted. I loved that I actually got to spend a good half hour with her for each appointment versus just a few minutes with a doctor. She also works wonders on any subsequent scar tissue (I am tiny, my son was NOT). Ladues, if you have any pain post childbirth, call Jana! I have no more issues from my scar tissue and no more pain.

She's absolutely amazing!
