She was half an hour late to our zoom appointment and then insisted on gaslighting me about which one of us had been waiting. I had been in the zoom waiting room 'waiting for the host to arrive' for 20 minutes when I called the office to ask if she was rescheduling or just late. They couldn't find her and said she hadn't responded to any communication since almost 2 hours ago, so just keep waiting. Finally at 30 mins past the appt time, she entered the meeting and said she'd been waiting on me! I said, 'I was in here at -' and was immediately cut off and spoken over with 'no, no, no you weren't, no, no' until I finally asked her if she starts all appointments by gaslighting the psych patients and she told me if I was going to speak to her like that, we didn't need to have this meeting, and ended it. Hung up. Denied me the entire appointment, and couldn't be found again when I called the office back immediately afterward.

I got berated the WHOLE time I was on the phone about the choices I am making. I felt unheard and left the conversation feeling worse than I did going in. She didn’t put her personal opinions and beliefs aside before the call, and that was very clear. She made me question myself when I was answering questions about myself. Everything I said was turned around and used against me or I was just flat out told I was wrong. By the end of the call I was told that she didn’t even think I have anxiety and it’s all in my head. That is NO way to talk to a patient that is coming to you for help. I was vulnerable and let down.

Initial 1.5 hour intake (turned into 2.5 hours). Part way into discussion she began talking about how hydroxychloroquine was a cure for Covid; that other countries had other cures; that Covid wasn't bad; that the pandemic was a hoax cooked up by Dr Fauci, WHO and CDC to make money off of vaccines (and worse), etc This was a good 30 minute diatribe, in which she somehow incorporated a discussion of nutrition as well (employing a mixture of science and pseudoscience in that). Not acceptable to promote Q conspiracy to mental health patients
