I met with Dr Counts after a Family tragedy had taken my life over and led me down a Path of shock, anger, depression, and frustration While dealing with the pain of loss. She listened intently in all of our interviews, guided me to the finish line of forgiveness, through empathy, redirection, and refocusing techniques which I still use to this day. She is one of the best physicians I have ever been under the care of and her vivid fervor for patient successes is evident as seen in her genuine West Texas smile. She has the perfect balance of relentless tenacity to find out your truth but delivers the medicine with the heart of a dove.
