I had several issues. One of which was an undiagnosed heart problem. I hadn't been to a doctor in 3 years and was scheduled with Janeen as a new patient in the practice. Going through the process she patiently explained things, put me at ease, asked the Doctor for information when she needed to, and was supremely professional. I'm sure she spent more time with me than she "should" have, to make sure I was well cared for. I am so very glad she took care of me.
