She was my PCM at NBHC NTC. I believe she is permanently angry. I always felt like I was a disappointment to her. She said she was placing a referral for me. The only referral she gave me was from her care and back into her care. The reason for referral was blank. I was confused so I scheduled a follow-up to get it fixed. At the follow-up, she was 30 minutes late. She threw the door open, looked directly at me, and said, "What do YOU want NOW". It was humiliating and degrading. She fixed the referral to physical therapy but put in the wrong body part. I'm pretty sure that she never listened to a single word I said. The last time we met she was sarcastically nice. "It's SOOO GOOD to see YOU AGAIN". I knew she wouldn't help me so I asked to talk to someone from mental health. She didn't answer me. She just smiled and left. It was clear then. She wanted us to stay hurt. She's rude, bad at admin, will not listen, unprofessional, and doesn't want to help you.
