Telehealth
Did not like her at all. She just read from a script and did not hear me or my concerns. I prepared for our appointment and sent her a detailed description of my likes and dislikes. She never once looked at it or even heard me during the appointment. A complete waste of my time.

Not a good experience with Janell. I’ve worked with several dieticians at this institution for my insurance required pre surgery visits, and she was the least helpfull. The other ones took the time to understand me and my preferences, where she just rushed me through my visit like she had somewhere better to be. I will be rescheduling my future visits with someone else... if I can get a hold of anyone at this office that is. The scheduling department sucks!!
