Therapy Experience
Janet spent more time talking during my sessions than I did. Instead of feeling relief after therapy, I’d feel frustrated as I spent 45 minutes of the 1 hour session listening to her talk. This would include speaking on her other sessions with other clients. While never naming these clients, telling me about their sessions felt like a violation and kept me from trusting her with my information. She also accidentally mixed notes from our session in with homework she gave me, which displayed further incompetence. I would not recommend.
