I went to Janet for preparation for Open Heart Surgery, which created a lot of anxiety, being a mom, wife, etc. and going into such a major surgery. Janet helped me achieve the smallest level of stress possible prior to such a major event. Now I visit her for other life/personal growth help and I wouldn't go back. She always helps me look at things with a new perspective. Highly, highly recommend.
