Janet Tenhula was recommended to me by one of the nations top spine specialists. She has helped me work through several issues over the years always with great success. She is gentle, listens to your questions or symptoms and sends you home with a set of exercises that are then up to the patient to apply themselves to to get the positive results that are possible.
