Janet if my go to for everything! Very caring, personable, thorough!

I've recently started primary care after many years without seeing MD. Janet has been amazing! She has been seeing me every few weeks, has explained and reviewed everything with me. She takes quality time at each visit, patiently answers any questions I have and makes me feel heard. I never feel rushed. She follows up on what we discussed at previous visits. I'm so glad I got started with her as my PCP. I plan to continue my care with her.

Great doctor who listens and moves you forward smartly in the process of your health. Great staff also!

Correct guidance, ma'am. Dr. Burnette did Xrays, interview, placed his finger right on the bruised miniscus, gave me a shot of lidocaine, and sent me packin'. No pain while walking now and, by the time of my follow-up, I should be healed of this malady. Will see Dr. Mueller in April.

I’ve been seeing Janet for over 10 years and she is so thorough and compassionate. She actually talks to you and discussed options for treatment of health concerns. She doesn’t order unnecessary test and never leaves me waiting more than just a few minutes. I dread the day she decides to retire.

She is a great doctor. I am glad that i have an intrepreter which we can communicate each other. . I remember she and I wrote a lot papers since I was 18 years old. Lol. I enjoyed to have a wonderful doctor.

She always has taken good care of myself & my significant other. & When we need to be seen, we always make an appointment with Miss Janet.

Annual physical visit. Having been a patient in this office for many years this was the first time I was not provided a copy of my lab results and engaged in a review of them with the attending physician. After informing the PA that my labs had already been completed she located the results on her computer and told me everything looked fine. She completed a couple more customary physical steps and asked if there was anything else I needed. When I informed her that I needed a prescription refilled she told me that she was not qualified to refill it and that I would have to make an appointment to see the doctor. Why did this practice schedule me to be seen by an assistant who is not qualified to treat me? I should have been able to have my needs met during the initial visit without the need for another visit, which incurs additional out of pocket expenses. Also upon reviewing my lab results at home I feel there should have been a more in depth discussion concerning the results.

I had about a 10 minute wait to be seen. Janet was very personable, and, as it turned out, we worked at the same facility many years ago where I was a nurse. I let her know the reasons for my visit, and the tests I felt I needed for my health/ wellness. The office was convenient. The room I was in had WiFi connection issues that interfered sporadically with her being able to use her laptop for documentation during my appointment. Hopefully that will be addressed. I appreciated her bedside manner, and would recommend her as a healthcare provider.
