My eye appointment w. Janet Wilson went very well. A friend of mine, also a senior got contacts here. Was leery, but Doc said the new contacts were more comfortable. On 10/23 Abby O was to train me in putting the contacts in & out. I was told I couldn’t take the contacts home until I took them out her way only. I felt like a first grader. I had worn contacts for 25 yrs. I could take them out but not her way. After many attempts, my eyes were burning & tearing. I was done. Abby said I couldn’t take them home but could try again another day. OR do it right then again:( I got them out 2x her way but that wasn’t enough. The bill was $100 w. no contacts. I asked her what the bill was w contacts. $100. I felt humiliated & beaten down like a child. I will never go back! I sat in car & cried. The next day I felt like I had sand in my eyes - hurt so bad. I wrote the doctor asap - no response, no refund. This still annoys me so much a year later, I had to leave a review.

So I have been Struggling with my eyes for almost 2 years, Going tothe Emergency Room over and over, Only for one Doctor to tell me "You look like you have been smoking Pot" What??? So Unprofessional, if he only new how much pain I was in... Eye Doctors, Allergists, and Dermatologist.. No answers AT ALL... So I was online and ran across Dr.Wilson, I have never met such an Amazing lady, She sat down with me, and went over every Detail about my eyes. I will never see any other Eye Doctor but her!!
