Janice Anderson

I had time conflicts and payment issues so I tried to contact Janice on several occasions only to never get an answer/reply back. When bringing this up she rudely replied with an attitude and said she has back to back clients, was calling during another client’s call, and rudely made excuses as to why she was hard to get a hold of (but I sent texts and voicemails with no reply?)I also think she sent texts to a wrong number because in her voicemails she mentioned texting me important info but I never got it.She called me earlier than our session and seemed to ignore what I was trying to communicate and it then was brought to her attention how I haven’t had this problem before (getting in contact before our session to reschedule, payment issues etc)So she says “ok” and then abruptly hangs up on me. I’ve never experienced that with any therapist. That was truly unprofessional had I known contact was going to be an issue I wouldn’t have continued. I don’t recommend her.
