Janice Reichert, RN

Janice was nice at first but I am now looking into getting a new provider assigned.1) I had told her I was uncomfortable with how the medications she had prescribed made me feel. I didn’t feel any less depressed or suicidal, but I was feeling repeatedly nauseous and dizzy. Which doesn’t work with my line of work OR driving. Despite my discomfort, her only advice was to keep taking them. I stopped using the medication and I’ve been getting better slowly. 2) Recently I had an emergency and was unable to let her know I wouldn’t be able to make it to our appointment. I understand that it is frustrating and I do feel bad for not being able to let her know ahead of time. However, instead of having compassion and simply reaching out to see if everything was okay or if I wanted to reschedule she made sure to send me multiple bills of old copays and the bill of the no show charge. Thank you Janice. I am fine now, and I will get the help I need. You will eventually get your money as well.

Janice is the epitome of a terrible nurse and doctor and someone who needs to exit the medical field. Her bedside manner is terrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this provider.
