Dr. Pirner uses an adjusting tool (popper) to do spinal manipulation, which I prefer over manual force or a drop table. It's comfortable and I believe she has greater control over the movement of the joints. She understands the condition of my spine and gives me the proper treatment to relieve my pain and provide correct alignment. She never pressures me to make regular or routine appointments ("Come and see me when you need me"), does not push vitamins or supplements or any kind.
