I had encountered Ms. Pires during a recent elective procedure and she was assigned to my case. Upon meeting Ms. Pires I had explained past issues with anesthesia which she had asked me about. I expressed that I didn't want to be induced until I was ready, however, I was knocked-out without being asked or told.
