She was very condescending. She didn’t listen to what I had to say, and told me all about how my last doctor (who I know well and trust) gave me a prescription that is completely wrong, and that I should never even put on my old glasses again. Very unsatisfied with the treatment and the results.

There are several forms that need to be filled out one has an option to accept or decline a picture of eyes. I declined when I spoke with Dr. Beck she said she required this for $29.0 that insurance does not pay. I said it does not state anywhere it is required only gives option. Did not have eye exam. Very misleading and Dr. Beck was rude and ignorant in her forms.
