HIghly competent, caring, health care professional
I was due for my DOT physical and had the day off so I thought I would call last-minute to see if there may be an opening. As luck would have it, the urgent care Ms Smearsoll works at had a few cancellations and I was able to get in (great office staff too). The DOT physicall I received was thorough, professional and caring. Jan made me feel at ease with the entire process as she clearly and deliberately conducted each phase of the exam. Her caring manner and exceptional professionalism made for an outstanding patient experience. Jan and the staff at Madison Health Urgent Care - London have my highest recommendation.
