I followed Jackie when she moved to Dr. Carr's office. She is absolutely the best when it comes to monitoring my health needs and you can tell that she really does care about you, personally. I have complete confidence in her and the suggestions and information she provides me with.

Nurse Jackie is the best care giver I've ever had. She answers all your health questions honestly and consult you before recommending a couse of treatment. She is genuinely concerned about her patients. Thank you Jacqueline M. Davis, NP...the other office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are uncaring and very rude.

Nurse Jackie is fantastic. She's thorough and down to earth and works hard to make sure that my husband and I understand conditions and treatments. I never feel judged, only supported. I love that she asks enough questions to find the right approach for *me* and doesn't just make assumptions.
