Jasmine helped me determine what kind of apparatus would work best for me, as I was having trouble with the current model. She actually went to web sites and showed me how to search for CPAP models that might be good for me. And, finally, she said that we would discuss and decide which options seemed to be best for me at the next appointment and that she would help me contact the necessary specialists at Lincare. She also originally identified the problem with my [...] service and was able to help me transfer the registrataion from my former home in Virginia, to the Woodland area. She knows what to do, and does it. I would highly recommend her.
