Jason and his business manager, Jenna, went out of their way to accommodate me and my needs when one of my Oticon hearing aids quite working during a visit in their area. I am a former client who moved from Iowa in 2005. My severe to profound hearing loss since birth requires me to have both aids function at all times. They understood this and made sure the repairs were expedited as well as the aid shipped to our next destination before we left the country. I heartily recommend their service
