Jason Brown and his staff got me moving after I damaged both my Achilles’ tendons. I still do the exercises to this day for flair ups. He also helped me find relief for my lower back issues. He is my go to guy to stay mobile and active. I actually came to enjoy the sessions as I worked through each exercise and they guided me if my form wasn’t correct. Knowing that every session got me closer to relief was wonderful.
