I was having some serious symptoms of either a chemical reaction or later on thought maybe bacterial because it felt like I was dying... turns out it was severe dehydration which in fact can kill you. In his notes it says he told me "I should go to a mental hospital which I denied" that was never brought up. He probably said this because I mentioned maybe a coworker contaminated something because it started at work. I also said it could be a coincidence. I went to the ER for this as he said.
