Dr. Jason Savochka, OD

I don't even know why he is even a doctor he can't even give me a prescription without a previous prescription which i couldn't get! He said that is not his problem it is my problem. He gave me contact lenses that was apparently blurry and he just told me to let them settle in. I said no! Apparently they are so blurry I wouldn't even be able to drive 5 mins home in this! He then gave me an attitude and told me to leave!

I have been a client at Pinnacle for the last 3-4 years and I have been VERY satisfied as a customer since day one. The environment is clean and well kempt. The staff is extremely personable and helpful (positive customer service experiences are VERY important to me), and Pinnacle's entire staff go above and beyond to help make each visit a very enjoyable one. Dr. Savochka is THE BEST. He always takes his time and is willing to answer any and all questions -- I never feel rushed (big plus). He is professional, easy to talk to/interact with, and is very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend -- I wish I found Pinnacle sooner! The end-to-end customer experience is easily five stars - six if I could!

Extremely knowledgable doctor ..he helped my friend last year with her retina issue in her eyes.. he was the only one to diagnose that and immediately sent her to retina specialist ..he also made sure to check on her 3 times even after that.. n he was the only doctor who told me that I have cylinder axis in my eyes ..and he changed my lenses and now I can see so clearly.. best eye doctor..

I had an eye emergency on Sunday evening. Dr. Savochka called me back immediately and saw me first thing Monday morning. He was friendly, quick and made me feel at ease with the diagnosis. I felt confident he gave me the right information and that I was receiving the best treatment.

Dr. Savochka and his staff are great. I didn’t have to wait when I arrived for my appointment. He came out to greet me personally to take me back for my exam. The exam and contact evaluation were quick but completely thorough. His operation seems to be extremely respectful of his patients’ time. His staff completely understood my vision plan which has been an issue I have experienced with other practices in the past. I even appreciated the little things like an emailed receipt that I didn’t have to take home to scan for my medical fund. I was very happy all around with the experience and am looking forward to continuing to go back.

Dr. Savochka was super thorough and gentle with the examination of my eyes and making sure the contacts fit properly. I really liked that he made sure to educate me as well about the structure of the eye, the pictures he took of my eyes, and more. The staff where he worked were all very kind and helpful as well. So glad I picked Pinnacle Eye Care.

Dr. Savochka was very patient and answered all my questions. I have diabetes so he took time to explain the effects this has or could have on my eyes. His staff was very friendly and patient. Willing to help in any way they could. Would recommend this practice to all.

Dr. Savochka was very pleasant. He took the time to explain the health of my eye , but I was in and out of the exam room in under 30 minutes.

Extremely wonderful experience. I brought my daughter for her first time exam and she will need glasses. Dr. Savocha was professional and friendly. After our appointment his friendly office staff processed on my insurance paperwork and my daughter selected a pair of glasses that were reasonably priced. I was very happy with this experience. I plan on making an appointment myself for my second set of glasses. I highly recommend this optometry practice.

Dr Savochka is an excellent provider. He is very patient oriented. The exam was through and efficient. I appreciated his manner of informing me I had cataracts and would benefit from surgery. He answered all of my questions and provided a referral. I was seen as a walk in. I am new to the area and will definitely continue as a patient.

Dr. Savochka was thorough with explaining the results of all parts of the eye exam. He offered many options for both contacts and lenses without pressure to commit to the most expensive. He was very personable and the office is clean with helpful staff at the front desk. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an optometrist.
