Dr. Mulligan is excellent. He is very knowledgeable, explains what is happening, provides treatment and exercises or stretching that can be done outside of the office. His bedside manor is outstanding. He is emphatic to the pain the client his having and providing the right treatment to address the issue. I would recommend Dr. Mulligan to anyone.
