Wow! What an amazing experience! From the first phone call to the store speaking with Clarissa to Juri, to the Doctor to the order finalizer Feliks, each person was incredible! My daughter is in her 20s and she invited me to take part in this to help her make decisions, plus she wasn’t sure if her eyes would be dilated and unable to drive. Back to the unbelievable staff at Walmart eye professionals…Dr. Siegall has a very special talent in that not only is he clearly an exceptional physician, but his personality is the best! He’s funny, he’s thorough, he’s kind and he made us feel very relaxed and that he was doing everything imaginable to make the getting-glasses-experience a good one. The final cost was so reasonable and my daughter’s insurance covered 90% of it. She had a small co-payment plus chose inexpensive frames, and then decided to get the second pair she had her eye on, pun intended. The only negative is that I work for NY state and this great place is not in network.
