Crass, uncaring
Rude, her hours are difficult to work around. Doesn't listen to you, doesn't care about your concerns. She's in and out in a few minutes. I tried a few appointments and just couldn't handle it anymore.

Waited weeks for my new patient appointment. Got a call the day before my appointment saying that they need to cancel because “she only sees two new patients a day”. Okay fine, not my fault but I’ll reschedule (despite taking the day off work to come in). But then they offer me an appointment 20+ days out after already waiting weeks and getting canceled on the day before. Really unprofessional with no consideration for patients time or sense of urgency.
