with Jean's guidance, I am implementing daily practices that continually improve the quality of my life and enhance my skills at meeting challenges and creating lifelong friendships. Working with Jean is a joy as she is a warm and fun person to be with in addition to her skills as a therapist. It takes a very special person to help others. I am very shy and was afraid to trust people. Jean's gentle manner and sincerity healed my fear of trusting people.
