OMG I was 6 minutes late for a meeting (actually I was four minutes early but I was having trouble signing on because I am in a hospital and the Wifi was going in and out). My meeting was cancelled and they could not renew my prescription or schedule another meeting until I paid the $95 fee that i was billed. The next meeting was not until June 16th. Awful, Awful people answering the phones.

For a psych office, this place will push you over the edge. The front desk - Elizabeth in specific- is absolutely disrespectful and take it upon themselves to manage your care and scheduling regardless of what you’ve worked out with the doctor. They don’t give messages to the doctor regardless of how upset you are or if it’s an emergency or not. I’ve called in an emergent state and Elizabeth asked for $75 to refill my medication after I told her I would not make it to the next appointment on the meds I had. They’re not narcotics, they’re chemically altering medications that can cause severe damage if you stop suddenly. They seem to not understand this. One day, you’re going to push off the wrong patient and someone will die. The inhumanity and complete lack of compassion is absolutely unbelievable. Charging $75 for a refill on a medication? The pharmacist paged the doctor multiple times to refill it as well and no answer. For the mentally unwell, stay away. Shame on you all

She only wants to see you via telehealth. Hard to get into contact with. Just tells you to go to the E.R. for everything. Will charge you a fee for telling you to go to the E.R.

I give Jean 5 stars. She makes me feel comfortable and free to talk about anything. I've been with Jean for many years now and am completely satisfied with our sessions. As far as the dogs Marty and Jack, they do much to help me be more comfortable. I look forward to seeing Jean in person once the pandemic allows.

This is the worst doctor to see. If you look at her desk you will always see McDonald’s & a double big gulp soft drink. Amongst dog toys. If you find yourself here, you’ve made a terrible mistake.
