This woman is rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, no bed side manner, does not listen to patient when they have a question or do not understand anything. Refused to let me speak with anyone else that would help then threatened she will give me a note to return to work 7/9/24 when my PCR came back positive for COVID today 7/8/24. I asked for the normal CDC 5 days and she refused stating its outside her “scope” she isn’t there for the patients just the money. Then when I asked if I could talk to somebody else to also help me get onto my patient portal since there has been a mass issue with that. She also refused and told me to call back another day because they apparently were people waiting in the room for her so I again asked her if I could speak to somebody else that will help me and not take what I’m asking person and then threatening me. I have a five year-old that has health conditions and I also work with disabled adults that have medical conditions and she not once cared. Then when I stated that I had saw someone else yesterday, which was July 7 and they had told me if it comes back positive my PCR I would get a new note for the week. This woman goes well. I didn’t see you yesterday so I don’t know what to tell you you’re gonna have to come back another day. She told me that I can’t go in the office since I tested positive for Covid. She seems to be on a power trip and she’s only a NP. There needs to be a staff manager or a supervisor at the Mahopac location which is where she is TODAY 7/8/24
