Dr. Jeanette Biermann, PHD

Dr. Jeanette Biermann is a highly skilled psychologist with tremendous expertise, maturity, enthusiasm and warm-heartedness. Her outstanding ability to help her client is astonishing. When I talk with Dr. Jeanette Biermann, I feel I have options, not all is lost and I am hopeful. I can sleep, eat, get up and live my life again. I became a stable and much happier person with her help. I won't forget her remarkable works. I can't thank her enough.

I find Dr. Biermann to be very insightful, kind, caring and respectful. I am working through my issues. It's been very productive when I speak with her. Dr. Jeanette Biermann is the best psychologist I ever met. I am very surprised to find what a great psychologist can do. P.S. Dr. Biermann does NOT take EAP. She says that upfront and explains why.

Unfortunately this woman took advantage of me when I was going through a life transition and depression. My company had EAP program in which I was referred to her as a service provider. She charged me for services covered by EAP. When I contacted billing office, they needed her approval. We reviewed our sessions and EAP process, she basically called me a liar as she didn't recall the conversation. I feel I was taken advantage of at my most vulnerable by a Dr that was referred to me through EAP.
