Spent extra time with me to help resolve several health issues

Very abrupt. Handed me a pamphlet on menopause. Not one bit of empathy. Felt dismissed. Not returning.

This is my first appointment and pregnancy. Dr. J hauptman was unprofessional and in my opinion rude to me as a patient. I was informed my pregnancy was not viable and her response was and I quote her saying "that sucks". I was offended by her words and how she handled the situation considering I had never been in this position before (miscarriage). I understand she deals with a lot of patients that have similar issues but the way she worded some things was very difficult for me to fully understand. Telling me the situation is "poopy" and when I told her I was considering seeing a different doctor in the future she told me that I "need to figure out who I'm going to see then so she can do the exam right". She seemed like she was having a bad day or in a bad mood and I felt it was brought into the exam room. I am left feeling confused and wanting to seek a second opinion elsewhere due to how she talked to me and made me feel worse than I needed to.

My wife came home crying after her visit with Jeanette. Her typical GYN wasn't available and the office asked if she could be seen by this provider. Each question that she asked was basically criticized and not answered. Finally after not answering each question she said - "well, I don't have anything for you." It's too bad - the providers at this office are typically outstanding and this one is dragging down the reputation of the rest of the group.

She is not my typical provider, but my doctor was not able to see me very short notice and I agreed to see a NP instead - which has never been an issue for me before. I was being seen for my postpartum mood. While I was expressing my feelings she put me down and didn’t actually listen to me and what I wanted. I felt very unheard and left feeling worse than going in, and mind you, again, I was being seen for POSTPARTUM ANXIETY. She dismissed me by saying well there’s nothing more for me to cover. I will not see her again.

Loved her! She answered every one of my questions & acted like I was her only patient. Will definitely continue seeing her! Very compassionate too!

She is wonderful & so caring! She answered all my questions & never acted like she was in a hurry. I left in the best mood after my appointment

Horrible. Used derogatory terms when referring to my weight. Didn’t explain things even though I had tons of questions, acted annoyed that I came in, even for yearly appointments. Was not friendly or even cordial. Get a different job if you can’t handle working with people on a daily basis. Your attitude is repulsive and the things you say stick with people and can mess them up for years to come.

She is not my regular doctor, he is wonderful but was out of town, so this was my first (and will be my last) time seeing her. She was awful. I had a laundry list of questions I was hoping to get answered, and I feel she danced around them and did not want to take the time to answer them. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. Just because I was not her patient, she didn’t care. If there were more characters allowed I would go on. For such a happy time in my life, I walked out feeling down.

She was terribly rude and judgemental from the second she entered the room. Instead of discussing things with me she just berated me and prior to even examining me she gave her opinion about what was going on. I will not see her again and I do not recommend her.
