J. Mele was a wonderful therapist. It was my first time seeking professional help for anxiety issues. I am so thankful to have been under her care. I learned so much about myself, my anxiety and what to do moving forward.

Jeanine is wonderful. She has helped me transition through a troubled marriage, blended family issues, difficult divorce and now reestablishing myself. She understands personality disorders and emotional abuse. She holds me accountable, is forthright with me and is kind and caring too. I couldnt recommend her enough!
