I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas' for well over a decade. She is a good listener and she is very thorough. Her front desk staff and medical assistants are always pleasant and compassionate. I hope she never stops taking my insurance because I love having her as my primary care provider.

My review has more to do with Dr. Thomas's front office staff than with care I received from the doctor.
I experienced delays getting referrals sent to specialists and facilities. The person who proudly admis that SHE is the one who handles all referrals and faxes, seems to have deliberately withheld sending and responding to requested information
Unprofessional behavior resulted in delays in or not receiving treatment at all. I never received medical files I requested over a month ago.

She has been my primary doctor for over 10 years now. I respect her ability to see the overall picture of my health. She is a caring and capable physician. She may run late on appointments, but she gives each patient the time they need. Dr. Thomas is continually working to improve overall patient satisfaction.

Called this office for a referral to continue to receive chemotherapy for stage 3 cancer. This office told me there was no way to let us get in for an expedited appointment to receive care on a life threatening matter. Asked to speak with an office manager and they informed me they do not have one. Please do not make this person your primary care physician. She does not care about her patients to make them a priority!
