Not as good as I hoped
I went to this Ms Dietrich to get a private evaluation for my daughter who was struggling at school. After a lengthy assessment period, she diagnosed her with ADHD and with a learning disability. Her explanations were not easy for me or my daughter to understand and after the diagnoses, we got very little support. It was disappointing.

Disorganized and uncommunicative
Disorganized, distracted and uncommunicative. Couldn’t get myChild’s name right and refused to send documentation so we could submit for insurance reimbursement but hounded us to pay in cash without providing any said documentation.

I went to Dr.Dietrich when my daughter was 7 and struggling in school.She seemed very knowledgeable and I trusted her professional assessment.However my daughter is now 11 and after even a second re-evaluation she couldn’t give a proper diagnosis of Dyslexia.She only gives an ADHD diagnosis! Unfortunately her inability to properly diagnosis my child left me fighting with my district for services and missing out on the proper interventions for 3rd and 4th grade.

Jeanne is a natural in her fields. She has been an amazing help to me for several years, providing me with the necessary tools needed to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, and bi-polar disorder. She is prompt, succinct, but also nurturing and an amazing listener. She has been at my side and has provided therapy to the most professional, personable level. I could not recommend her any more so.

Worst dr ever. Never returned calls, emails or texts. Claims to help children but can’t even return calls to parents to set up appointments.
