Jeanne Utterback, PT

It was a few years ago now. I got in a horrific car accident and had a closed head injury spinal injuries (with MRI reports backing this up) which I still suffer today from. It's a wonder I made it out alive. I was hospice RN working on the job and got hit sitting at a redlight by a huge box truck going 50mph. The vehicle I was in was completely crushed in the back. I went to this place for PT thru worker’s comp. The medical notes that Jeanne wrote and the way she treated me were in my opinion very condescending with such terms as 'overly dramatic' about me when I expressed my pain to professionals whom I thought I could trust. When I saw her condescending clinical notes telling me I wasn’t having pain when I was. I got very upset and called her on the phone. She started to laugh at me and mock me and said “see, you are being overly dramatic”. I started to cry hysterically. 3 hours later, I had a near-fatal brain bleed. This was 8 wks after the car accident.

I saw Jeanne after both my hip replacements and both my shoulder replacements. She is a joy to work with. She also found and fixed a pinched nerve in my back.
