Appointment was on time. Dr Dieter is careful and precise. She takes the time to explain her observations. Excellent visit.

Dr Dieter was very thorough, honest and efficient. I have been to a few optometrists over the years. This was my best experience. It was actually the most thorough appointment I’ve had and it cost me the least.

Dr Dieter was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. She listened carefully to my past eye history and current issues. She provided excellent information to help me understand the root causes behind the symptoms I experience, as well as possible solutions with their pros and cons. I have never met someone so willing to take the time needed to be sure I had the info and help that I needed. Her work went beyond 5 stars, and I am very thankful to her, and to the person who gave me her name.

Dr. Jeannene Dieter gave me the most thorough exam I have ever experienced, explaining what she was doing as the exam progressed. I am very impressed by her encouragement of an advocate in the examination room, and by her patience with all of my questions answered. Dr. Dieter's ways and means are immaculate and her manner is very soothing, knowledgable, and confident. She is very generous with her time and her knowledge and explanations. She is the best doctor I can ever recall seeing-the most thorough in explaining my condition and its prognosis for recovery giving an extraordinary amount of time in listening to and answering my questions which I found totally believable.
