I had been diagnosed with acute bronchitis and went in for a follow-up exam with JW after finishing my prescribed antibiotics. I told her I still wasn’t feeling very well and her response was that it “would just take a little time”. She also said that a trip out of state to visit family in a couple of days was fine but did not order a chest x-ray to confirm my lung health. I continued to feel progressively worse and by the time I got to my in-laws, I could barely breathe, eat or function. My sister-in-law, also a CNP, and was so alarmed by my condition that she wanted me to stay and check into the hospital nearby but I flew home to Oklahoma because I worried I might need long-term care. I went straight to Bailey Medical when I returned and they immediately sent me by ambulance to Tulsa to be seen by a pulmonary specialist who had to perform emergency lung surgery. All she had to do was take my concerns seriously and order a chest x-ray!

Great listener and very thorough with her assessment. Friendly and warm. Very proactive.

Jeannette takes her time to hear me and has always taken care of my many problems. I have met some awful doctors here but I can count on her to be there for me and solve my medical problems

Nurse Jeannette is absolutely wonderful! She is very personable, knowledgeable, and listens. I have never felt rushed or judged when expressing my concerns. I have referred her to friends and family and will continue to do so. Also, appointment times are very flexible, there is even one at 0715!
