Jeannine Alvare, MSSW

Dr. Alvare gave me the ability to have my mental health after my sister died of an overdose during the pandemic. To be so far away from family and to have had such a shocking sadness was too much and I am so grateful that she was recommended to me. She also worked with my young son at the beginning and our relationship improved, too! We got to the root of many other issues of anxiety and stress in my daily life that I am still in awe of how she helped track that down and helped me unpack it and what’s more, she gave me homework to make peace with it. I’m not perfect but I am so much more calm and have strategies to help me solve problems! I recommend Dr. Alvare very highly.
