Went in for a yearly "Well Check" which is covered at 100%, sent for ROUTINE labs, and was told about not owing anything for visit. One month later billed for "Office Visit" because of complaint about allergies and low energy. Called office about change in charge to be informed that you can NOT have any complaint or problem for their office to file for well check. RIDICULOUS, bait and switch, anything to bill for more. WILL NEVER go to this office or an affiliate again and will tell all I can about their poor office and billing practices.

Dr Rickert doesn't rush you in and and out. Very caring and will take the time to explain things to you. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.
