Usually late or ends session early with no make up time. Would not commit to a biweekly time/day making it difficult to schedule. Not even sure anything was discussed aside from them playing video games. My child asked him a question when he saw him outside and he responded, "We aren't going to talk about anything right now." That was the final straw and we discontinued seeing him.

Jeff goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and important. on my first session with him I felt like I had known him for months. he is easy to talk to and speaks from a seat of clear experience with life and its issues.

Appointment are on time, very accommodating. Great communication. My son actually looked forward to his time with Jeff

My wife passed away and I took my 13 year old son to Jeff. The first 3 sessions seemed to go fine. They played video games and had a good chat. The 4th session was cut short by Jeff & he asked to speak to me. He asked me what was wrong with my son today. I told him I had no idea & he said he had to pull answers out of him and he did not seem interested and a little combative. I told him he seemed tired & May not have slept well last night. When I asked about the next appointment, Jeff told me that he may not be able to help my son and I should consider this before continuing his counciling. Does everyone of his patients need to show up with a smile and positive attitude for every sessions. One of my son’s issues is moodiness since my wife passed. I am grateful that we only went here 4 times, because it was a total waist of time.

I have been bringing my son to Jeff for over 2 years. He always leave his session with a smile.

Consult re: my child. Explained issues / our life info . When it was his turn - it was obvious that he really wasn't listening as he asked three or so questions that I had already answered. I was told that I would have some time to ask him about the sessions/ how he works etc. Instead, he gave a very quick - and dismissive -diagnosis of our particular situation. Had one full minute at the end to get a handle on how he would work with my kid. Tense, not warm and charged for consult. Go elsewhere
