I can’t give enough enough positive feedback about Jeff Himeles. I was Jeff’s patient/client for over two years.
He truly helped me understand myself, feel better about myself and feel more confident in the choices I make. He was very personable which meant a lot to me... made me feel that I was a unique and whole individual. I really enjoy and try to get “the most” out of life! We had been to other therapists (psychologist and talk therapy psychiatrist),but did not attain positive results (even after more than a year of therapy with both).Jeff was a recommendation from one of the therapists, and from our 1st session we knew he was the right therapist for us.Jeff listens and hears both sides before providing constructive feedback and practices for us to follow.He is empathetic, easy to speak to and engaged.Fortunate to have found him and will continue....when needed.

Jeff Himeles provided such helpful support for me through a difficult time. His cognitive behavioral perspective guided me to challenge and revise thought patterns. His kindness and compassion created a safe space. I would highly recommend him.

Jeff helped our family at a very important time. Scheduling appointments was never a problem, as he was very sensitive to my family's needs and went out of his way to accommodate us. He did everything in his power to make it a comfortable environment for my daughter, in which she felt safe and knew that her voice was heard. Above all, we could tell that he truly cared about my daughter's emotional well-being. He has my highest recommendation!

Jeff was extremely helpful to me in dealing with a specific issue that was tearing me up inside. We actually had a significant breakthrough in a short period of time, as he helped me think about the issue in a very different light, and it wound up giving me great comfort in handling what was so troubling me. For that, I shall remain forever grateful.
