I came to Dr. Kennis for a second opinion about my long term lower back pain and neck tightness. I had been to a few chiropractors and none of them resolved the problem. Dr. Kennis had X-rays done and said I had compressed vertebrae. I completed his recommended treatment of decompression for my neck and it has made drastic improvements. I used to have to stretch my back after standing for 20 min and I would wake up multiple times a night to relieve lower back tightness. Now I run regularly and can sleep through the night and I no longer get neck spasms. Dr. Kennis is very gentle and knowledgeable and has changed my life through his competent and accurate chiropractic treatment.
