I was the Advertising Agency for Innovative Medical Solutions. In 2018, Dr. Jeff Miceli decided to sell his practice. and in the contract with the new owners, he agreed to pay all past debt of the business prior to the new owners taking over. The sale of the practice went through, however Dr. Jeff Miceli never honored his agreement and has yet to pay back my company for more than 80K. Dr. Miceli has since went MIA, not answering my calls, text or emails. I do not recommend anyone give me credit on any future business.
