Superb. I had seen three different doctors for my rash and skin problems. PA Nicholson diagnosed me correctly the first time I saw him while these others could not. He really listens and is not afraid to tell you what he is thinking out loud and go over the whole gamut of possible diagnoses with you and why he thinks this one or that is likely or not likely. Super smart and very personable. He is very happy to share all his knowledge with you and makes you feel important.

Extremely knowledgeable and mature and compassionate. PA Nicholson is as good or better than any doctor I have seen. He is a natural educator and explains everything so clearly. He has common sense that most doctors do not and he is concerned about cost.
