Bedside manner was lacking, no physical examination of problem area, dictation notes were inaccurate (claimed no edema when PT notes severe swelling and sent me back to Dr office), scheduling is a nightmare, and lack of communication is evident. I went all the way to Lebanon for surgery, to arrive and surgical center said it was cancelled. I was not notified, in fact, I was called the morning of surgery to ensure that I had my Covid-19 negative test results. I would not send anyone to OethoGo. I was told the surgery I had was to prolong knee surgery, and when receiving a second opinion, I found that I don't need one. The surgery this office did has been an absolute nightmare. I was only supposed to be on crutches for a week and it's been almost 6. I still can't fire my quadriceps.

Very arrogant. Would not recommend his business.

Jeff was great with my son, he has a funny personality which made him feel at ease. We loved him and will definitely be going back to see him and Dr. Haslam if need be!

Dr. Norton has been my doctor for YEARS as I played multiple high school sports, and now race motocross. I trust his decisions with whatever the matter may be.

Dr. Norton has taken care of me through multiple broken bones a herniated disc and knee joint pain injuries over the last 10 years. I would not go to any other doctor without seeing him first and I would only have surgery based upon his recommendation. He is top-notch and the whole office staff is Five Star All The Way

Yes would recommend. He was very attentive and very good at explaining my options.
