Jeff's an outstanding therapist with a psychoanalytic bent. He came very highly recommended by a friend, who was, at the time, the President of Chicago's psychoanalytic organization. He's very compassionate, he's patient, and he has a good sense of humor. If you're not looking for a quick fix and want to really get to the root of what's bothering you, he's the therapist for you.

Doctor Seiden is amazing! His approach, genuine care for his patients, and availability is something you never see. I am relatively new as a patient/benefactor of mental health care, but from what I know Doctor Seiden is miles ahead of anyone else. I am thankful I found him and the first therapist I called never called back.
