Jeff was the best therapist I have EVER had! It's been 2 years since working with him and I felt the need to express to others how much this therapist helped me and truly cared. I work in psych myself and am an NP although I suffer from my own mental health issues and we processed and worked through infinite things. I always felt better after my sessions and had homework to continue working on myself through the weeks. He is a truly compassionate care giver and I will be forever grateful for the place I am in now due to the coping skills and confidence he instilled in me. Thank you, Jeff!
