Jena is a great counselor, I worked with her for more than 2 years, she is understanding, compassionate, knowledgeable, patient and supportive. I learned lots of communication skills which helps my marriage relationship and work relationships very much. She shared lots of techniques of coping with stress, anxiety, setting boundaries etc according to my needs. Highly recommended her for anyone who needs help and wants to be heard.
